The Oak Hill Jackson Brickstone development consists of two buildings, the Adam and the Pennington, with a total of 96 units in the heart of Cedar Rapids. The project is modeled after the highly successful Woodland Avenue Brickstone in Des Moines and will help alleviate the critical need for affordable housing in the Cedar Rapids community following the flood of 2008.
